Q Psychology are leaders in LGBTQIAP+ mental health. We have clinics in St Kilda, Carlton, and Geelong (Belmont). We’re seeking a clinical psychologist (or clinical registrar) to join our team 2-3 days per week at any location. The role will involve delivery of evidence-based psychological assessments and therapy to adolescents and adults. The role can also involve clinical supervision of team members if you hold board approved supervisor status.

As part of our service, we have developed Victoria’s first private Gender Service that provides gender-affirming assessment, treatment, and support to trans, gender diverse, and non-binary (TGDNB) children, adolescents, adults, and their families. We also have a research program as part of our service.

About you
You’re a clinical psychologist (or clinical registrar) who is ready to join an inclusive workplace and team. You are someone with a strong interest in working with LGBTQIAP+ clients and in an LGBTQIAP+ affirmative approach.
- Masters / Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
- Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA and eligibility for Medicare rebates
- A desire to work with adolescents and adult clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This is planned to be an employment position, however subcontracting will be considered for the right candidate.
