Clinical Psychologist, Psychologist, or Registrar Marsden Clinical Psychology

JOB DESCRIPTION

Marsden Health Group (formerly known as Marsden Clinical Psychology) has a five-year vision: Be the leader of multidisciplinary mental health services in the Illawarra by providing a comprehensive “one-stop-shop” for children, adolescents, families, and adults needing support with their development and mental health.

This vision is being forged on the foundation of a culture that values compassion, creativity, innovation, courage, continuous improvement, and feedback. Our leadership team is dedicated to fostering a culture that encourages clinicians to continuously create and innovate services and approaches that achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

We are committed to providing a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary team that integrates a range of service offerings to those we support.  We build on considerable expertise working from a multidisciplinary framework that includes our CHAMPS assessments, combining speech, occupational, clinical/neuropsychological, and medical perspectives to diagnose complex childhood developmental conditions. Our continued collaboration with professionals from varied disciplines has given rise to our vision for an integrated multidisciplinary service that meets the holistic needs of children, adults and families in our community. This also extends to adults with complex and chronic mental health difficulties.

Innovative and Creative Growth

We are recruiting psychologists (as well as allied health professionals and medical consultants) that want to come with us on this journey. Career Progression

As we grow, so can you. We want you to continue to develop and grow in your profession so we will help you with your career progression, whatever stage of development you are in, we will meet you there. Whether you are a senior clinician and want to be more involved in service development, supervision and training of junior staff, developing a niche area of expertise, or simply to advance your skills in a supportive and respectful environment, we can accommodate and facilitate your growth and development.
