Mind Matters is a large, vibrant team of psychologists who have been providing therapy and assessment services under the guidance of our principal psychologist Karen Martin. We are now searching for a clinical supervisor and a psychologist to join our team, our brand, our journey.
Mind Matters is located within a stunning, purpose built, terrace in the centre of Bondi Junction. Our practice offers 12 rooms all professionally sound-proofed, air-conditioned, thoughtfully furnished and all feature sun-drenched windows and skylights, looking into peaceful gardens. We also have a room that is large enough for group therapy. The practice looks and feels like a high-end spa, where the clinicians and clients alike are welcomed into a warm and tranquil space.
We provide therapy for all ages, within a wide range of presentations. We take pride in our detailed triage process, which allows us to pair clients with the psychologist best suited to support and guide them within their therapeutic journey. At Mind Matters we really take the time to get to know our psychologists and their preferred client population.

About you
We are looking for a psychologist to join our team for a minimum of two days per week up to full time. You will need these essential skills:
- Full Registration with AHPRA
- Alignment to Mind Matters’ values and community care
- Current ABN (or willing to get one) and professional indemnity insurance
- Work within the best practice evidence-based modalities of psychology
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- A warm, non-judgemental and client-focused approach towards therapy
- Accredited Postgraduate Masters or Doctorate in Psychology
Optional requirements:
- Full endorsement in the area of Clinical Psychology
- Board approved supervisor
