Clinical Psychologist Psychology Outcomes

JOB DESCRIPTION

Become part of the team innovating mental health treatment and staff support! Australia’s first Precision Mental Health Service with Peer-to-Peer Bonuses and Flexible Work Arrangements.

We are looking for Psychologists who are passionate about their work but also know they don’t want work to be the only thing in their lives. A sense of fun and desire to create positive impact for clients and the Psychology field are important to us. If you share these traits please get in touch!

About our practice

Since Psychology Outcomes opened its doors in 2020 we have created a unique model of working that not only increases the effectiveness of therapy for clients we treat but which has been shared with organisations and clinics in Australia, USA and Europe. We are Australia’s first Precision Mental Health Clinic which means we have a scientifically validated system which can identify a Psychologists strengths (we all have them!) and can match clients to those strengths to improve the effectiveness of every therapist. But we are most proud of our team culture. We are interested in Psychologists unique passions and skills sets and we foster these so that you can be excited at work. We don’t believe Psychologists did years of training to write case notes and do admin. We developed a system so that all documentation can be completed within 20 minutes each day. No more doing admin at lunch, in breaks or after work! The Psychology Outcomes team is supported to feel effective with clients and energized about their work.

About our in-house training

We are lucky enough to have paid routine specialist training live in-person or via Zoom from:

Marsha Linehan, Developer of DBT – Learn DBT techniques

Jacqueline Persons, Oakland CBT Centre – Learn CBT Techniques

Russ Harris, Author of Happiness Trap- Learn ACT Techniques

Caroline Burrows, EMDR Melbourne Clinic – Learn EMDR Techniques

Daryl Chow, Author of Better Results – Learn Deliberate Practice Techniques

Scott Miller, Founder of ICCE – Learn FIT Techniques
