Detail:

Alongside the more traditional private practice individual therapy referrals we receive from psychiatrists and GPs, Oqea Cares specialises in ADHD Assessments and group therapy programs for adults.

Join our team in co-designing, testing, and developing the ADHD Assessment Fast Track process. Oqea wants to improve the situation for adults seeking ADHD assessments and intervention in Western Australia. We are redefining traditional approaches by using technology to automate questionnaire administration, scoring and reporting, using results to streamline our interview and report templates for each client.

Every ADHD assessment we complete gives us opportunities to provide feedback to the technology team to improve further. Our final reports are written for our psychiatrists, who can then use the biopsychosocial assessment to better inform their psychiatric assessment and intervention.

All new psychologists receive comprehensive training in the ADHD assessment process, including shadowing Eimear Quigley, a clinical psychologist with twenty years of experience working with mental health and neurodiversity.

If you are interested in group therapy, we are opening services South of the River to provide high-quality, evidence-based outpatient group programs for presentations such as trauma, mood, and anxiety. These groups will be closed and intensive, and our psychologists can facilitate as many or as few group sessions a week as they wish.
