The Clinical Services Manager is a key leadership position within the Head to Health hub team and provides oversight to the coordination and delivery of all services and contributes to the vision, strategic planning, and policy development.
As Clinical Services Manager, your primarily responsibility will be to provide management and direction to the Hub team, ensuring that day-to-day clinical and mental health work is carried out effectively and consistently with the practice model.
Remuneration: $120K + Super + Salary sacrifice + External Supervision Allowance + Benefits Scheme
Your role will be to assist in the development of a strong team culture and provide practice leadership to the team through engagement in clinical and caseload reviews and ensuring staff are provided with appropriate supervision.
About you:
Are you a committed, innovative, and inclusive leader with considerable knowledge and experience in mental health service delivery? We’re also looking for
- Tertiary level qualifications in an allied health discipline including social work, psychology, mental health nursing or occupational therapy. Postgraduate qualifications are desirable.
- Current full registration with (AHPRA) or full membership with (AASW)
- Demonstrated experience and advanced level clinical skills in a range of mental health service settings
- Experience in using and supervising to psychological change models particularly Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (Formal training will also be provided)
- Experience in complex clinical triage, assessment, and referral
- Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
