About Us
Splash Paediatric Therapy is a well-established private practice with 
Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services for children and 
families. We support children between 0-16 years in a clinic-based service 
with a strong connection to schools, kindergartens and the community. 
 

We are currently looking for a Clinical Team Leader for our Werribee clinic.
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, who is self-motivated, and have a passion for providing exceptional client care.
 

About The Role
As the Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing operational management to the Werribee Team with the support of the Clinical 2IC Team Leader.

In this role you will:

  • Manage and support all therapists within the specific clinic location. This includes but is not limited to providing professional coaching, clinical supervision, induction to new team members, delivery of performance reviews, and support development of performance improvement plans.
  • Manage the clinic by overseeing the needs across the clinic space
  • Support service development and clinical training. This includes the development, review and/or implementation of either clinical or operational processes within the practice, attending Clinical Functional Meetings and supporting the development and delivery of the internal PD programs with the clinical leadership team
  • Provide on-the-spot support in clinic for complex clients and families 
  • Support the coordination and oversight of groups & education programs
  • Provide schools and kinder coordination and liaison
  • Maintain a clinical caseload specific to your discipline, at agreed billable hours per week

About you

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a clinician
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current SPA / AHPRA membership or eligibility for membership
