About the Role
Newport & Wildman are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists, Social Workers and Counsellors with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions to join our growing team. To be successful in this role, you will be required to proactively respond to a variety of onsite workplace support needs. This position requires a proactive, compassionate quick thinker; a person who exemplifies our corporate values and enjoys thinking outside the box to look for ways to improve processes and promote service quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of clinical services such as face-to face, telephone and emergency counselling, training, mediation, manager support, organisational consultancy, critical incident response, EAP briefings and webinars.
- Provide clinical services in a variety of possible modes.
- Provide training sessions to customers.
- Onsite visits to identifying and understanding customer needs and offering interventions or problem-solving strategies.
- Provide supervision and guidance to client services team.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams.
What you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling, coupled with relevant experience.
- Registration with the relevant professional body.
- A current driver’s license.
- Stakeholder engagement and
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and across multiple customer locations.
- Self-motivated and can respond quickly to situations.
- Have demonstrated ability to manage own time, priorities, and workload factors.
- Able to work independently managing caseloads, be proactive and quick thinking.
- Self-motivated, proactive with excellent time management skills.
