We currently have opportunities available to join our Embedded Wellbeing Services / Onsite Services Team, for clinicians based in any of our main offices across Australia (including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Perth).
The main focus of this role is to provide clinical and organisational consulting support directly with organisations that TELUS Health partners with.
If you are an experienced Psychologist or Social Worker with an interest in these areas, this could be the opportunity for you to expand your experience.
About Our Opportunity:
You will be providing clinical and organisational consulting support onsite, with a proactive focus on health, well-being and workplace wellness, and developing an in-depth understanding of the organisation and their support needs. You will deliver quality, short-term psychological counselling interventions to individuals within the organisation to promote mental health. Complimenting this individual work is the delivery of managerial/organisational support for leaders, and the provision of small group educational sessions. You will be provided with the resources to assist you.
While most of the work is delivered in-person, some service delivery may occur via phone and video sessions. The organisations we work with vary enormously from the private and public sectors to health, finance, education, hospitality, and others.
The work is rewarding and dynamic, and you will have the opportunity to work across multiple organisations in different sectors. This is a great role for a professional who enjoys fulfilling work with a varied client and customer base; whilst making a difference in the lives of individuals and organisations across a broad spectrum of communities.
We would love to talk to you if you:
