This is not your ordinary agency work; we are a NDIS family seeking a committed and passionate Coach to deliver person-centred life skills support.

Who are we?

You will be employed directly by a very special NDIS family to provide support services to Emily and her brother. As a family and Employer, we maintain the values of decency, respect, appreciation, and consideration for all team members inclusive of Emily, her brother, mother, and all coaches. About Emily:

Emily requires 24/7 support and significant guidance in her daily life.

The purpose of this role is to coach Emily through her day-to-day life and to continuously develop skills in all aspects of her life.  As a team we are here to support Emily to increase her independence and capacity and to safeguard her quality of life whether that be via functional skills, social interactions, domestic and personal care, asking and accepting help, conflict, judgement, comparison, and other presented life lessons.
