St George College are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Counsellor to join their dynamic team.
The College Counsellor will be a critical member of the Wellbeing team and will assist the college to meet the educational, socio-emotional, and overall wellbeing needs of students and staff.
Applicants must demonstrate;
- Experience as a skilled counsellor/psychologist in a school setting (or similar)
- Hold appropriate qualifications in psychology, counselling or social work
- Knowledge of relevant inclusive education, compliance and legislation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written skills
This a full time position commencing Term 1 2023. Six months probation period applies.
