Hours: (0.4) FTE Part time – ongoing

Location:  Based at Sonder Edinburgh North & work at Sonder Port Adelaide & Marion sites when required

About the Role:

You will provide support for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities as well as older persons, families and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people across the Adelaide Metropolitan Region.  You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of AOD Workers, Comorbidity Clinicians, and AOD Peer Support Workers through the Partners Toward Wellbeing Consortium to deliver evidence-based interventions to assist with the management of co-occurring, or comorbid, AOD and mental health conditions.

 

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum 2 years supervised therapeutic and clinical experience in the area of AOD and/or Comorbidity (AOD & MH)
  • A minimum 2 years relevant professional development and or supervision
  • Experience in delivery of evidence based AOD & MH interventions such as cognitive behaviour therapy, motivational interviewing, recovery orientated interventions, and harm minimisation interventions
  • Experience in care coordination in a AOD and/or Mental Health setting
  • Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment
 

 

Qualification and Other Requirements:

  • Drivers Licence 
  • Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
  • Minimum of Cert IV in Alcohol & Other Drugs
  • Accreditation or eligible for accreditation as Mental Health Clinical (eg. Registered or clinical Psychologist, accredited Mental Health Social Worker, or Clinical Registration PACFA)
