ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

As a youth services contractor with CASPA, you will be provided the opportunity to work with a diverse group of young people to make a real impact in their lives.
Whether you have experience working with at-risk youth, in a school setting, or with Youth in the community, we have a variety of opportunities available to suit your skills and interests.

Working within a multi-disciplinary team of Clinical therapists, caseworkers and House Leaders/Coordinators, special educators and family and significant others, the Youth Services Contractor will deliver high quality, person-centred supports to service users with significant behaviours, disabilities and/or complex trauma.

CASPA Services Ltd is committed to providing our youth services contractors with the resources and support required to succeed. As such, training in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention will be offered where applicable.
