Kyabra Community Association Inc. is a community-based organisation that is committed to strengthening individual, family and community life.  We provide strengths-based, integrated responses to people in our community.

Due to an internal secondment, we have a 12-month fixed term Coordinator role that focuses across housing, homelessness and domestic and family violence.

Based at our Nambour office, the Coordinator – Domestic and Family Violence and Supported Accommodation will be responsible for the supervision of a team of case-workers in addition to supporting the Manager with the development of domestic and family violence and supported accommodation responses in the region.

This position will interact with other roles within the organisation in relation to areas such as; professional supervision and training, data collection and reporting, research and evaluation, quality assurance and standards. This role requires being available for an after-hours on-call roster.

A Bachelor degree in Social Work or similar is an essential requirement for this position.

Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award, Level 5 $44.92 per hour. We offer a family friendly work environment, a range of practice and professional development opportunities and salary packaging.
