About the role
As the Senior Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner you will:
- Provide an exceptional family dispute resolution service to clients in Broome and the wider Kimberley region, holding a case load of clients
- Provide leadership to the family law services team based in Broome
- Provide clinical supervision to family law practitioners
- Support your team and act as an escalation point for any complex clients or client issues
- Grow and develop your team and the family law services delivered in the Kimberley
This opportunity is a full time (37.5 hours per week), ongoing position.
About You
To be successful you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline with minimum 5 years post qualification experience
- Post Graduate qualification in Family Dispute Resolution
- Demonstrated experience in providing supervision and case management
- Knowledge and application of current theory and practice in relation to Family Law matters with individuals, families and children
- Excellent skills in written, oral and interpersonal communication
- Demonstrate knowledge of relevant legislation relating to family law, child protection, VRO’s and family and domestic violence
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Drivers Licence and a WA Working with Children Check.

- $120,384 full time salary + 11% superannuation
