- Promote a positive workplace culture that supports the organisational values
- Understand and apply therapeutic community principles and practice
- Coordinate/produce resources to meet the day-to day operational requirements of the program for example: timetables, staff and resident movements, stock supplies, vehicle availability, meeting attendances, group facilitation, maintenance requests) etc.
- Facilitate a range of group sessions for residents and staff as required;
- Investigate, coordinate, manage and escalate operational, issues that may arise
- Provide supportive, collaborative and opportunistic practice support to all staff;
- Lead or support practice and system improvement activities, including accreditation and specific projects
- Proficient IT skills including the use of data bases
- Complete necessary data collection, case notes and reporting;
- Liaise and communicate productively with a wide variety of people from all levels of services delivery across the allied health sector
