Coordinator – Karralika Therapeutic Community Karralika Programs Inc

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Promote a positive workplace culture that supports the organisational values
  • Understand and apply therapeutic community principles and practice
  • Coordinate/produce resources to meet the day-to day operational requirements of the program for example: timetables, staff and resident movements, stock supplies, vehicle availability, meeting attendances, group facilitation, maintenance requests) etc. 
  • Facilitate a range of group sessions for residents and staff as required; 
  • Investigate, coordinate, manage and escalate operational, issues that may arise  
  • Provide supportive, collaborative and opportunistic practice support to all staff; 
  • Lead or support practice and system improvement activities, including accreditation and specific projects
  • Proficient IT skills including the use of data bases
  • Complete necessary data collection, case notes and reporting; 
  • Liaise and communicate productively with a wide variety of people from all levels of services delivery across the allied health sector
