The Role
Victory Lutheran College is seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced Counselling Coordinator to support our College Staff and ultimately our students.
The Counselling Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and provision of high-quality wellbeing & counselling services to students including secondary consultation and advice, wellbeing support, case management, crisis intervention including risk assessment, care coordination, advocacy, supportive counselling, referral and evaluation of options and services to meet student’s comprehensive psychosocial and well-being needs.
