We are a dynamically growing counselling and psychotherapy practice specialising in couples and relationships. Mornington-based. Our team currently consists of four passionate and professional counsellors who enjoy working collaboratively and really care about what they do. All our counsellors have extensive experience living abroad and most of us speak multiple languages – so we welcome variety and diversity.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provision of couples and individual counselling services.
- Answering client enquiries, managing of existing client bookings and collecting payments as required.
- Attending team meetings and professional development sessions.
Qualifications/Experience/Professional Registrations:
- Master of Counselling qualification with at least 1 (one) year of clinical experience or Another Tertiary Counselling Qualification with a minimum of 3 (three) years of relevant clinical experience.
- First aid certificate.
- ACA or PACFA professional membership and registration with available private health funds.
Skills:
- Person-centred counselling skills, Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Organised and able to work in a team in a high-pace environment.
