About the Role
You will join a passionate team of professionals who focus on providing person centred counselling to children, individuals, couples and families with the added scope of promoting and delivering family and relationships education programs.
We are currently look for 2x permanent, 0.8FTE positions (4 days per week). The successful candidates must be able to work one evening per week.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary degree (4 years) in Social Work, Psychology, Social Science, Counselling or other related discipline
- Counselling experience with children, individuals, couples and families
- Great interpersonal, rapport building and communication skills
- Personal centred, strength based and trauma informed approach to your practice
- Facilitation skills
- Knowledge of current theories, trends, practice and literature relating to individual, couple and family counselling and education
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year, a WA Working with Children Check and a WA Drivers Licence.

- A competitive salary of $87,579 – $89,461 per annum + 10.5% superannuation
- Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
