Role Overview
- Deliver transformative AOD services for residential clients, outpatient counseling, and police drug diversion programs
- Supporting people who are accessing our AOD residential programs to make long term, healthy changes in their lives
- Developing partnerships with the community to create better outcomes for clients and drive referrals into the service
- Breaking down the stigma associated with AOD and mental health issues
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Specific AOD qualifications (if not possessing a related degree)
- Experience in intensive support, counseling, and case management
- Multidisciplinary and integrated approach expertise
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Engagement with diverse clients, community groups, and agencies
