Are you ready to be part of an expanding, vibrant team of professionals dedicated to providing innovative Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) services? We are seeking a dedicated Counsellor/Case Manager to join our team.

Role Overview

  • Deliver transformative AOD services for residential clients, outpatient counseling, and police drug diversion programs
  • Supporting people who are accessing our AOD residential programs to make long term, healthy changes in their lives
  • Developing partnerships with the community to create better outcomes for clients and drive referrals into the service
  • Breaking down the stigma associated with AOD and mental health issues

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Specific AOD qualifications (if not possessing a related degree)
  • Experience in intensive support, counseling, and case management
  • Multidisciplinary and integrated approach expertise
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Engagement with diverse clients, community groups, and agencies
