Counsellors work with diverse group of people and provide services to clients in relation to mental health, social wellbeing, improved relationships, independent living skills, education, wellbeing, and employment.
We are looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology/Social Work/Counselling
- Demonstrated ability to work with a range of theoretical approaches
- Experience in community-based counselling and treatment services for individuals, couples and families presenting with multiple issues.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to contribute to ongoing program development.
The period of employment will begin as soon as you are available on a part-time basis of 32 hours per fortnight on a fixed term contract ending 30th June 2024.
Salary and conditions will be subject to the incumbent’s skills and experience.
