Experienced Mental Health Counsellor with flexible hours, starting immediately in South Australia.

Located south of Adelaide, this organisation is seeking the support of an experienced Mental Health Case Manager / Counsellor who is immediately available for a short-term contract opportunity.
Your new role
You will provide professional counselling services to clients experiencing issues impacting their work, personal and mental health. This will include intake, assessment and crisis intervention. In addition you may be required to promote stakeholder wellbeing through the delivery of individual and group training programs to support mental health.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Social Worker, Psychologist or Mental Health Nurse along with;
- A current DCSI child-related clearance.
- Eligibility or membership with AASW.
- Demonstrable experience with short-term counselling and referrals.
- The ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Recent crisis counselling exposure.
