Awesome opportunity to work with one of Adelaide’s premier teams! We are expanding our services, and are currently seeking an experienced counsellor/social worker/case manager with appropriate tertiary qualifications. This is a mixed caseload and will be negotiated with the right person.
In this role, you will be supporting people with disabilities through therapeutic case work and specialist support coordination.

About You
To be a successful candidate you will have:
- Demonstrated experience and skills in providing case management and social work services to participants of the NDIS
- Demonstrated experience in delivering services to people with disabilities.
- Demonstrated skills in developing rapport and provision of supports to people with disabilities
- Demonstrated ability to appraise and critically reflect on clinical work, and participation in clinical supervision (as required).
- Skills in providing Telehealth (for social workers/counsellors) will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated skills in case management and/or support coordination for NDIS participants will be highly regarded.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or equivalent field, with appropriate membership
- Current police check and relevant South Australian checks including child and vulnerable person, and NDIS worker screening check (or willingness to obtain).
- Unrestricted driver license.
- 2+ years experience in case management with people with disabilities.
