JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Counsellors to deliver high quality evidence-based services to clients experiencing a diverse range of presenting issues.

We are seeking outstanding candidates to join our Counselling and Social Work team in a full-time permanent role. Services provided include but are not limited to: counselling, case management, group work and family work and can be provided across the range of WH sites in the local government areas of Melton and Moorabool.

Our Counselling and Social Work team performs a valuable role within the local community, providing support to those who are most in need. The team is experiencing growth and works collaboratively with other services within the division to provide holistic patient-centred care.

To be Successful in this Role, you will:

  • Require a Counselling/Social Work/Psychology qualification or equivalent.
  • Be experienced working with clients with a diverse range of presenting issues.
  • Have a strong commitment to evidence-based, patient centred service delivery.
  • Have experience working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
