THE ROLE
Youth Lab has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dermal Therapist / Clinician, to be based primarily in our Joondalup clinic. This opportunity is open to both full time and part time applicants.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We are seeking candidates who have a passion for skin and helping patients achieve their best results.
As a Dermal Therapist at Youth Lab you will be warm, friendly, ethical, with a team player mindset.
We pride ourselves on being the very best, so excellent product knowledge is a priority, coupled with a high drive for learning and professional development.
To be successful in this role, you require the following attributes:
- A dermal therapist or dermal clinician qualification (essential)
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the cosmetic industry
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in recommending retail to clients
- Knowledge of popular cosmeceuticals brands
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Passionate about skin health and skin care
- Confidently educate clients in the biology and physiology of the skin
Experience in performing the following treatments is preferred but experience in all is not essential:
- Skin consultations
- Microdermabrasion
- Hydrafacial
- IPL / BBL
- Laser
- Chemical peels
- Skin needling
From time to time you will be required to assist your fellow team mates on reception and handling client interactions.
