Division Head – Senior Family Practitioner TWC Lawyers

JOB DESCRIPTION

TWC Lawyers are seeking a Department Head to run and manage our family law team. The team consists of three and growing. You must have a desire to lead a team and assist clients in their time of need. You must want to grow and be instrumental in that growth. 

Your skill profile:

  • Manage and lead a team by example,
  • Mentor and assist where required including conducting regular team meetings,
  • Manage your own & assist in team files,
  • Proven to be able to work across all facets of family law including complex matters;
  • Be results driven;
  • Have exceptional communication and time management skills and
  • Understand a work life balance.

A unique and competitive salary package together with achievable bonuses are on offer and will be tailored commensurate to your experience and skill set. Ideally this is a full-time position based working from our Gold Coast office, but we will consider a part-time work arrangements and/or working flexibly/remotely from Brisbane.

TWC Lawyers is a boutique firm established in 2018 and consists of a team of 12 lawyers and 2 paralegals. In addition to family law, we also practice in criminal, traffic, commercial and property law.

Your salary is commensurate to your experience and open to negotiation.
