EAP Clinician Human Psychology

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an EAP Clinician to join a growing organisation that values experience and is well respected in the wellbeing industry.

As an EAP Clinician, you will work with your clients to provide short-term solution focused therapy that addresses their current concerns, identifies goals, and supports their journey to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

We are keen to utilise your skills and strengths in counselling and coaching, workplace support and trauma-based work or workplace wellbeing, workshop delivery and coaching.

This opportunity is part time employment with flexible hours.

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated brief solutions-focused intervention skills and desirable experience in critical incident management / trauma interventions.
  • Ideally masters-level Psychology qualification plus minimum 3 years’ practice experience for Psychologists and 5 years’ experience for Social Workers.
  • Full AHPRA registration / eligible for ASSW, professional indemnity insurance, police check, WWCC, eligibility for DCSI clearances, current Driver’s License and Australian residency are required.
