Early Childhood Coordinator
Are you a new graduate in allied health or an experienced Early Childhood Educator wanting to develop your skills and knowledge in supporting families and their children with developmental concern, delay or disability? Are you interested in developing your skills in working within a best practice early childhood approach?
In this role, you’ll work closely with families and children, supporting them by assessing their child’s needs, providing key worker supports in the community as well as supporting families to access mainstream and NDIS funded supports. You’ll have the opportunity to build your professional expertise, gain recognition as an expert related to the NDIS and make a real difference in the lives of children and families in the community. This role may involve a mixture of face-to-face meetings with families, phone-based support and office-based administrative tasks.

An ideal candidate will have:
- An equivalent or recognised degree in Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Developmental Education, including new graduates or a degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience working, volunteering or personally supporting children with developmental delays or a passion to develop this experience at Kudos.
- Strong organisational skills and a good attention to detail.
- Experience with using the Microsoft Suite of products alongside the ability to learn other IT systems.
- An ability to communicate both effectively and empathetically to a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written communication skills
- Current drivers’ licence

Location:
There are multiple roles available located at our Elizabeth or Unley office, with travel to provide support across the metropolitan Adelaide as required. Some roles may require travel to regional areas of South Australia.
