Tweddle is excited to be expanding our services in the West of Melbourne and providing an innovative and brand-new service in the Western Melbourne area which will be based in Wyndham.

  • Are you an experienced support worker with qualifications in Children’s Services, Early Childhood Development, Psychology, Social work or relevant field?
  • Do you have experience in supporting families with complex needs and/or experience in working in or with families supported by Child Protection or Orange door? 
  • If so we this Family Support Worker role may be for you in the Tweddle Growing Great Babies, Toddlers and Beyond (GGBT&B) program.

The Growing Great Babies, Toddlers and Beyond (GGBT&B) is an innovative early intervention program that aims to support babies and their families across the antenatal and postnatal period. The program will focus on education, case management and engagement with support services aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of babies, toddlers, children, and their families (up to 18 years). This role will form part of a multidisciplinary team but will also work independently to make a difference in pregnancy and early parenting by delivering flexible and targeted services that enhance a caregiver-child relationship.  This position is a two year fixed term, subject to continued funding arrangements and is a Level 5 position under the SCHADS Award.
