Purpose of this position:

Meet and exceed set targets.

  • Keep Up to date with the latest industry news and act as necessary to ensure PFEC Global is an industry leader.
  • Provide an exceptional level of service to prospective clients
  • Assist clients in understanding our services and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and achieving high client satisfaction levels.
  • Proactively convert inquiries into sales to ensure higher conversion rates.
  • To proactively identify barriers to sale and work with your team to increase conversions
  • To complete administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Client Service Excellence:

  • Ensure all client inquiries are actioned professionally and provide exemplary client service through phone, email, or office visits.
  • Ensure the development of strong client-centric relationships with clients and demonstrate how we can deliver on their expectations.
  • Set expectations with clients as per PFEC guidelines and achieve them.

Client Sales, & Sales Targets

  • Educate the clients on our services.
  • Be the advocate for the client, understand any potential Obstacles to sale, and work to remove these obstacles.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and regularly follow FTP with all existing and potential clients proactively.
  • Achieve and maintain a high conversion rate of the applications.
  • Keeping with up-to-date knowledge of university courses, entry requirements, scholarships, etc.
  • Making sure to get the application outcome from the provider on time by doing regular follow up.
  • Giving marketing insight to the marketing team and supporting the marketing team to produce error-free content.
  • Reach out to the team leader on time for the shaky lead to reduce lost leads and application.

Data Management

  • Create and maintain records in the CRM system.
  • Attend meetings on time.
  • Comply with all company procedures and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

  • A minimum 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: Onsite at Suite 402, Level 4/447 Kent St, Sydney NSW 2000
