Working closely with Global AOJI Education Group, AOJI team has provided professional services to over one million families in the past three decades, and earned great reputation from students, parents, clients, institutions and industry.

AOJI Education Australia has 3 offices, located in Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. The company is currently undergoing expansion and growth. Two excellent positions have arisen in our offices.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing personalized education counselling and outstanding customer service to students, their families and business partners, utilizing your proficiency in Vietnamese or other Southeast Asia languages.
  • Assisting students from Vietnamese or other Southeast Asia backgrounds in selecting suitable institutes and programs for their educational goals. Guiding students through the application process, ensuring compliance with school entry requirements and admission procedures.
  • Maintaining regular and effective communication with students and their families, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborating with the team to execute targeted e-marketing and promotional activities for Vietnamese or other Southeast Asia-speaking audiences.

Selection Criteria:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken Vietnamese or other Southeast Asia languages, as well as English. Previous experience in the similar role and or understanding Chinese would be an added bonus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australia’s education framework and familiarity with student-related visa matters.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with and support students, parents and partners from Vietnamese or other Southeast Asia backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational abilities, allowing you to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, leveraging them for targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
