MANAGER EMPLOYEE WELLBEING & REHABILITATION
The Manager Employee Wellbeing & Rehabilitation will support the Goodwin People & Culture Team in the administration and coordination required to expedite the return to work of ill and injured employees.
- Apply early intervention measures in response to workers compensation claims.
- Use your best practice claims and injury management skills to deliver optimal injury management outcomes for Goodwin employee.
- Share your passion for employee wellness in the workplace through the coordination of the Annual Wellness Calendar activities!
- Providing comprehensive rehabilitation services, including the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs and plans.
- Your effective strategies will maximise injury management outcomes and drive operational efficiency!

Essential Criteria for your new Role…
- Medical or Allied Health Qualification
- Registration with relevant authority or board (AHPRA / ESSA)
- Coordinate all aspects of injury management and workplace rehabilitation, retraining, claims management and RTW coordination
- Comprehensive and practical understanding of Workers Compensation legislation, principles and contemporary injury management practices
- Provide RTW coordination and rehabilitation case management
- Insurance management and premium reduction of workers compensation claims
- Wellness program development and implementation
- Employment engagement programs to increase employee engagement and satisfaction
