Day to day you will be:
- Making a real difference; supporting people to recover and return to work and pre-injury activities using your clinical skills and knowledge;
- Conducting a range of different assessment services including: Initial, Functional, Activities of Daily Living, Ergonomic, Pre-Employment and Worksite Assessments;
- Case management across various jurisdictions including NSW Workers Compensation Scheme, Life Insurance and private industry;
- NDIS opportunities in our sister company PC Ability;
- Liaison with health professionals, Doctors, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
We are flexible with working hours and we have scope for a full time or part time position.
We would also be interested in hearing from contractors in the area with availability.
About you:
Your expertise and communication skills will be what you are known for! You’ll be curious and will continuously seek out ways to improve customer’s experiences and outcomes.
You will be qualified as an:
- Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist (relevant registration required – AHPRA or ESSA);
You’ll also need:
- Current Police Clearance;
- Working with Children Check;
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking & problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude & positive approach.
