About You
- You like working in the community (school, workplace, home) and having diversity in your work day.
- You enjoy working with people and helping them to achieve their goals
- Accreditation through the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission PBS Capability Framework at the level of Proficient or Advanced
- Highly organized and have the ability to work independently
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Experience providing behaviour support intervention in partnership with clients and their support providers and networks
- Experience providing clinical supervision or mentoring of developing behaviour support practitioners
- An interest in providing services to people living with disability and neurological disorders
- The ability to develop positive relationships and trust with those in the community and the workplace
- A learning mindset and commitment to continuous development
- NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply
- Ability to provide evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations based on State Government requirement (or applicable exemption)
