About the position
The Facilitator Men’s Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) provides clinical assessment, counselling, group work and therapeutic support to perpetrators of family violence participating in the Grampians Community Health, Men’s Behaviour Change program.
Covering the Central Grampians and Wimmera area the position provides responses to perpetrators of family violence with the aim of reducing violence and enhancing the safety of victim survivors experiencing or recovering from family violence. This is achieved through the provision of timely and appropriate services directed at perpetrators attempting to address their violent behaviour.

Salary packaging
Grampians Community Health has generous salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 which increases your take home pay.
