This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced family dispute resolution practitioner (FDRP) to join our team in the Melbourne CBD.

About the role
As the Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner, you will join our team of highly-skilled and dedicated practitioners, to apply your skills and experience to provide effective FDR to families by assisting to resolve issues in dispute such as parenting arrangements and property settlements. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking assessments and mediation, group work (as required) and providing information, support, and referral to match presenting needs to services and programs.
This position is conveniently located at our Melbourne CBD office on Collins Street and is a permanent, part-time role working four (4) days per week. The successful candidate will be required to work an evening shift (until 8pm) each week to deliver services to meet the community needs.
Qualifications, skills and experience
- Tertiary qualifications in social sciences, social work, law or psychology;
- Successful completion of the Vocational Graduate Diploma in Dispute Resolution;
- Demonstrated previous experience as a family dispute resolution practitioner;
- Registration as an FDRP under the Accreditation Rules or on the Register of FDRP maintained by the Attorney-General’s Department for eligibility immediately; and
- Experience or training in property as well as willingness to undertake training.

A competitive salary package with a base salary range pro-rata of $88k to $94k (pro-rata) per annum, plus superannuation, and access to salary packaging.
