About the role
As a qualified Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner, you will join our team of highly skilled and dedicated practitioners who provide effective FDR to families by assisting to resolve issues in dispute such as parenting arrangements and property settlements. Reporting to the Centre Manager, Melbourne Family Relationship Centre (FRC) you will be responsible for undertaking assessments, mediation, group work, providing information, support and referrals to match client needs to services and programs.
Both positions on offer are permanent and you will work one evening shift per week (Tuesdays) at our Melbourne FRC. These roles have a minimum of seven (7) working days per fortnight, with the opportunity of working additional days or at a full-time capacity upon request.
About you
- Successful completion of the Vocational Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
- Registration as an FDRP by the Attorney-General’s Department or eligibility immediately.
- Experience in property mediation (preferable).
- Experienced family dispute resolution practitioner (desirable).
