About our role – We care about others
We are looking for expressions of interest in our Family Support Worker role across all locations including our Wollongong, Campbelltown and Nowra services. The Family Support Worker provides services to separated families within our Children’s Contact Program, requiring workers to supervise contact visitations and document the interactions observed, support their allocated families and provide efficient and timely case management.
Expressions of interest are for both part-time and casual positions.
The salary range for this position will be between $36 and $38.60 per hour + weekend rates for work performed on Saturday and Sundays.

Our requirements to provide care
- Tertiary qualifications in welfare, child development, social sciences or related field and/or relevant industry experience
- In depth understanding of child protection legislation and protocols
- Current First Aid or a willingness to obtain one
- Unencumbered NSW driver’s licence
- Efficient time management including the ability to prioritise case load
