DUTIES:
- Providing intake and assessment and brief interventions to vulnerable families and children
- Risk assessments, safety plans & plans in safeguarding children
- Case management and interagency cooperation
- Maintain an appropriate client case load
- Refer clients to appropriate agencies as required + MUCH MORE!
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or similar
- Demonstrated experience working with children and young people, and within a family and domestic violence or similar
- Experience in working with perpetrators highly regarded
- Strong skills in needs and risk assessments in high-risk situations
- Strong cultural competency in particularly working with Aboriginal populations
- Valid WA Drivers License | Working with Children Check | Police Check
