Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a team of 11 case managers, intake practitioners, and MBC (Men’s Behavior Change) facilitators.
- Providing operational oversight and strategic direction for the Integrated Mens Services program.
- Managing day-to-day program activities, ensuring effective service delivery.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Practice leadership in the field of Family Violence, with an emphasis on MBC/Mens experience.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Experience in working with individuals affected by family violence, particularly in a Mens Services context.
- Knowledge of Men’s Behavior Change programs is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 days of on-site work per week.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and a commitment to making a difference in the community.
- Relevant qualifications (Bachelors) and professional experience in social work, psychology, or a related field are preferred.
