Your new role
  
The Faculty of Health Sciences has an exciting opportunity for a Fieldwork Systems Officer to join the team, streamline and develop our processes, and support the operational management of direct and indirect fieldwork-related systems. This rewarding role will see you interact and engage with other fieldwork officers to ensure process improvement for the faculty and wider SONIA placement management software users.
  
As the Fieldwork Systems Officer, your previous experience with SONIA or similar placement software in a tertiary environment will be beneficial to your success in this role, along with strong relationship and contract management experience in the healthcare and/or higher education sectors.
  
You will also be responsible for providing face-to-face user education, training and support to users of SONIA, develop and design student and staff guidelines appropriate for access to SONIA, and ensure that the software is used in a professional and consistent manner within the faculty.
