We are recruiting motivated, creative, compassionate and curious graduate psychologists who are passionate about providing collaborative clinical support to children and families with a special focus on neurodivergent folk. Join our 2023 graduate intake (flexible commencement timeframes available). Clinical psychology registrars encouraged to apply.

We are a family-focused practice with lots of opportunities for collaboration and shared work.  Our innovative services include  therapy, assessments, a unique wrap-around service for families, youth support workers and interest-based social groups and therapy groups.  Contracting fees or salary are well above the industry standard with professional development funds available. Or team work from a strongly neurodiversity affirming perspective.

Board approved (clinical endorsement) and ND affirming supervision is available onsite with Katherine, who is an ND psychologist.

Who we are
Family Minded provides support to kids and families experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, mood problems, relationship problems, and behaviour difficulties. In addition, we support neurodivergent people with autism and ADHD. We see a diverse range of clinical presentations and clinician development of specialisation in areas of expertise and interest is supported..
