Now in our 22nd year, Work Options continues to be a strong leader in the market with a loyal and enviable clientele. Our work continues to grow so we need more team members. The role is based in our North Sydney office and reports to the Regional Manager for Southern NSW. Your work will take you all over greater Sydney-Wollongong regions.
About the Role – Graduate Program
If you graduated in 2021 or will graduate in 2022 or 2023 and are keen to work in occupational rehabilitation we encourage you to apply. We have a very experienced team and comprehensive graduate development program. A placement in occupational rehab will be highly regarded, but not essential.
Under our 12 month graduate program you will receive formal training, supervision, mentoring and hands-on experience performing:
- various assessments depending upon your degree (workplace, functional, pre-employment, hearing, drug & alcohol, home needs, vocational)
- identify needs and liaise with various stakeholders to develop tailored plans to assist people with an injury to return to meaningful work
- write professional reports
- opportunity to work in other service areas, such as RTW coordination, drug testing, training/mentoring, mental health, presenting, fitness for work assessments, ergonomics

Our office in North Sydney is close to the transport, child care centres, gyms and shops. Parking is available onsite and on street. We offer a hybrid work-from-home option. You will also have the ability to work out of our Parramatta site and some work-from-home.

Lastly, you MUST to hold a university degree in any of the following:
- Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC or Rehab Couns Ass Aust)
- Medical Practitioner (AHPRA)
- Registered Nurse (AHRPA)
- Psychologist (provisional or general registration)
- Social Work (full member Aust Ass Social Workers
- and hold a full driver’s licence
