headspace LYRIC Team Leader 360 Health + Community

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Fixed term until 30 June 2025
  • Part time 60.8 hours per fortnight
  • Dual location – 2 days per week each at both Rockingham and Mandurah

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen at 360 Health + Community’s headspace centres in Rockingham and Mandurah for the successful applicants to deliver and co-ordinate the ‘help while you wait’ pilot program for 12-25 year olds over both sites. Partnering with the Curtin University enAble team we are now able to deliver brief interventions to young people waiting for support / intervention from headspace. The successful Team Leader will receive the unique evidence based brief interventions training package from Curtin University to feel confident in delivering and overseeing this specific brief intervention to young people.

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, and eligibility for registration / membership under the relevant body
  • experience in clinical practice that demonstrates a strong evidence base in programs that directly support young people and their families
  • demonstrated experience working within, and contributing to the development of clinical systems including effectively responding to clinical risk and coordinating a team
  • demonstrated ability to provide case supervision
  • high level communication and presentation skills and experience engaging with a diverse range of people 
  • experience leading a team and engaging with management processes

 

The hourly rate for this position is between $41.35 and $47.02 ($81,707 to $92,911 per annum full time equivalent).  Extra benefits include:
