- Full time Sydney (Hybrid role WFH and a min. 2 days in the office). Contract role until 30 June 2024
- The Clinical Lead is a key leadership position working alongside the Program Manager to contribute to the design, development and implementation of a collective impact collaboration model, working alongside local and national agencies including Local Health Districts, Primary Health Networks, Education sectors and existing key local agencies including local councils.

About the role
This exciting and diverse position will
- Provide clinical leadership, consultation, and expertise in the development and delivery of evidence-based content required for resource packages for community disaster recovery and resilience.
- Assist with coordination and support of stakeholders to build capacity through evidence-based strategies for community disaster recovery and resilience.
- Contribute to the development of strong working partnerships with local and national stakeholders and community partners to facilitate engagement and implementation of strategies aimed to assist disaster recovery and resilience.
- Work alongside the Program Manager and Team Lead, to actively contribute to the development of a positive team culture that aligns to the headspace values of inclusion, collaboration, agility and excellence.
- Provide clinical supervision to consultants
Who we’re looking for
headspace is seeking a passionate and motivated individual with
- Approved tertiary qualifications in an allied health discipline, including social work, psychology (clinical, counselling, and 4+2 or 5+1 pathway), mental health nursing and occupational therapy.
- Advanced level clinical skills within mental health, including experience in providing clinical supervision to staff,
- Experience in contributing to service design and development, and fostering a positive team culture
- Comprehensive knowledge of the mental health services system and the higher education sector,
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to connect and engage with people both online, and in person.

- Salary range of $100,000 – $106,000 pro rata, dependant on years of experience and qualifications

To be eligible for this position you must
- Have the right to live and work in Australia
- Have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent, and/or pass all of the WWCC(s) required for this role (please note that for some roles, headspace requires WWCCs for other State/Territories in addition to your Home State)
- Satisfactorily undergo a headspace Police Check
- Have proof and be up to date with your Covid-19 vaccinations in accordance with the headspace COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination Policy and any Government directives
- A current driver’s licence (automatic) and use of a fully maintained motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Ability to travel and work outside of hours as required.
