The Role
The Homelessness Services Case Manager will work across one or both of Marymead CatholicCare’s Specialist Homelessness Services, providing person-centred and trauma informed support to individuals experiencing homelessness.
The successful applicant will work alongside an expert team within the Homelessness sector to provide wrap around supports to people with complex vulnerabilities exacerbated by the experience of homelessness to obtain and sustain a long-term tenancy.

Ideal person
The ideal person we are looking for has:
- Relevant qualifications within the Community Services Sector
- Extensive experience in the provision of complex case management
- Experience working with people experiencing a range of complex mental health, homelessness, substance use, and/or social challenges.
- Demonstrated understanding of operating under a trauma informed, person centred, and housing first model of care
You will also be required to undergo a National Police Check.
To be considered for this role you will be also required to hold:
- a current drivers licence, and
- a Working with Vulnerable People Card
