  • Attractive Salary: $115,000 Base + Bouns + Super 

Role responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with specific client group stakeholders to ensure the implementation of HR initiatives with effective communication strategies that are understood and acknowledged
  • Collaborate and partner with the client group for organisational plans and changes and the impact on individuals, teams and the broader business
  • Work with stakeholders from various locations for talent discussions and promotions to ensure a key talent is retaining
  • Interpret and engage with client groups on key HR policies – recruitment, RTW, FTA etc
  • Provide insight, actions steps and follow-up discussions on strategic focus and goals for the relevant client group
  • Understand employment legislation and challenging relationship skills to provide effective support for the Associate as needed
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for the benefit of the nominated client groups whilst maintaining the integrity of the recruitment processes

To be considered for the above opportunities:   

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of Generalist HR experience and tertiary qualifications in human resource management and/or a related discipline (preferred) 
  • Strong understanding of Australian Employment Legislation, Employee and Industrial Relations and is capable of applying that knowledge in negotiations 
  • Experience in professional services and/or, multi-sited utility, resource and/or infrastructure industry-based organisations in a complex environment
  • Knowledge in change leadership and how to apply different methodologies to embed change
  • Knowledge of key cyclical HR processes i.e. talent, succession, performance and remuneration review and engagement
  • Resilient, highly organised, driven and comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
