JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role:

The Hub Leader is responsible for managing all aspects of the day to day running of the Hub and for providing strong leadership, support, and direction to the team.

The Hub Leader is responsible for the implementation of BaptistCare governance, strategy, and compliance on site, as well as integration with other BaptistCare programs.

The Hub Leader will have oversight of the Finances, Property, People and WHS compliance and will be responsible for ensuring that communication occurs with the relevant departments and contacts and compliance is maintained.

About you:

To be considered, you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications (diploma minimum) in Community Services, Psychology, Social work, Community Services or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check
  • Drivers licence
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Demonstrated experience in working with people in a trauma-informed way, who have experienced marginalisation
  • Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills are required to resolve issues, develop and motivate employees
  • Demonstrated experience working and collaborating effectively with others, ensuring key stakeholders are involved, sharing information and ensuring people are kept informed of progress, changes and issues
  • Able to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
