We have exciting new opportunity for a Hybrid Clinician (EAP/Incident Management) and we’re on the hunt for a teammate to join our team based in our Canberra office!
About this opportunity:
This role offers a dynamic and fulfilling work experience in both face-to-face and digital settings. You will provide essential employee well-being services, counselling and trauma support to clients from both the public and private sectors.
Key Requirements:
- Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) or Social Worker (AASW) or Counsellors (ACA level 3 and above or PACFA full clinical membership) with a minimum of 3 years experience after graduation
- Proficiency in short-term counselling and psychological first aid
- Knowledge and experience in managing mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and anger issues
- Ability to conduct face-to-face and/or telephone counselling
- Strong time management and analytical skills, with comfort in using technology and digital platforms
