About the role
You will be responsible for ensuring the NSW Recovery Program is implemented and integrated into the headspace services as well as contribute to national projects. You will work as part of the regional support team and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders across the three streams of the program, student, GP and Psychiatry, and representatives from the headspace service network.
We are seeking
An ambitious, passionate, self-starter with relevant work experience. You will have:
- Relevant tertiary degree qualifications such as education, health or business and / or relevant work experience in a related role
- Understand youth mental health and early intervention
- Demonstrated experience in project management
- Competent and experienced presenter and facilitator to a diverse audience group
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder relationships within an education or health context
- Ability to adapt and work in a flexible environment with time pressures while managing multiple tasks
- Advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and database applications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a broad range of people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team with a team focus as well as being able to work remotely
